Refund Policy

At Homify, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy to resolve.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
  • The item must not be listed under the non-refundable exceptions below

3. How to Request a Return — Step by Step

  1. Email us at contact@gethomify.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@gethomify.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Products purchased on final sale or marked as clearance
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window has passed

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
